We hold the key to our health

I have spent my entire professional career focused on human health risks and benefits. There isn’t a day that goes by that I don’t highlight the relationship between healthy lifestyle and wellness. My suggestion, make it a daily habit to ask, are my lifestyle choices within the domains of nutrition, fitness, stress, sleep, and relationships balanced? Selecting a physician partner is a key component along this path toward achievement as well as having a supportive family.
